My name is Collin.


In the spring of my freshman year at college, I decided not to return. Many factors contributed to this choice, and the result has been a  search for personal meaning, happiness, and wisdom.


Since then, I have crossed the US by train, read books on the lives of others, and have lived in some very remote places of the United States. I have come to find value in the simple things; the everyday activities which define us humans.


I am living a simple yet mindful life, which takes pleasure in time spent with those close to me. In sharing meals. In growing gardens. In making art. And in seeing beauty.
